Job Placement:
After providing vocational training SBT also assists children in getting suitable employment. The trust supports promising candidates by providing small loans in order to help establish them in small-scale businesses or jobs. Placement in jobs is the final act in the process of bringing children into the mainstream. However, we maintain contact with these young adults to ensure that they find stability, and then growth, in their work. Then SBT provides its helping hand to find a place to live for the children placed in jobs and supports them with all their expenses for three months. |
